Kairos Release 2026.2.2
Your meetings don't end when you hang up — now Kairos helps you act on what was discussed.
What's New
1. Ask Kairos — Chat with Your Meeting Transcript
Kairos AI now has access to your meeting transcripts — across multiple meetings. Ask follow-up questions, find patterns, act on action items, and draft work output without re-reading anything.
How to use: Go to Kairos AI (chat) in the web app → ask a question about any of your recorded meetings. For example:
- Act on action items:
- "What action items are assigned to me from this week's meetings?"
- "Draft a follow-up email to [attendee] about the action item from [meeting name]."
- Get context without re-reading:
- "What did we decide in [meeting name]?"
- "What was the context behind the action item about [topic]?"
- "What topics came up in [recurring meeting] that we didn't resolve?"
- Draft work output:
- "Create a JIRA ticket based on the action items from [meeting name]."
- Prepare for upcoming meetings:
- "I have a meeting with [person] tomorrow — what are the unresolved items between us?"
- Spot cross-meeting patterns:
- "What are the common themes across my meetings this week?"
- "Are there any action items that keep showing up across multiple meetings?"
- "Which meetings this week had decisions that affect [project/topic]?"
2. "Ask Kairos" Button in Meeting Notes Emails
A new "Ask Kairos" button appears at the top of every meeting notes email. Click it and Kairos AI automatically generates a personalized briefing for that meeting — what it means for you, what you might have missed, and recommended follow-ups. From there, continue chatting to dig deeper or take action.
How to use: Open your meeting notes email → click "Ask Kairos" next to the meeting title → review your briefing → continue with follow-up questions or prompts.
Product Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Data discrepancy fix for Action Item Owner — Action item owner data now displays correctly across all views.
