1. Action Items for All Meeting Attendees (New!)

Everyone who attended a meeting can now see and track action items, not just organizers.

Kairos auto-captures all action items from meetings you attended and puts them on one single dashboard in the web app.

As a meeting invitee, you'll see:

• All action items from meetings you attended
• Real-time updates when anyone edits an action item
• Full meeting notes from your attended meetings

Why this matters:
No more "wait, what were we committed to do in previous meetings?" Everyone stays on the same page with shared visibility and accountability.
