Overview of What's New in This Release

  1. Track sentiments about 1:1 meetings with your direct reports on the Meeting Experience Dashboard.
  2. Calendar metrics are separated from the Home dashboard into their own "Calendar Insights" dashboard.

New Features

  1. 1:1 Post-Meeting Assessments:
    View overall sentiments about how the needs of your direct reports are being met during 1:1 meetings.
    1. Description: You can enable Post Meeting Assessments (PMAs) for one-on-one meetings with your direct reports. You can view and track the updated sentiments on the Meeting Experience dashboard on a weekly basis. 
    2. Instructions:
      1. Navigate to the Kairos Tools and Assessments page via your profile dropdown and enable the 1:1 Post Meeting Assessments with direct reports. Once enabled, your direct reports will automatically receive an email with the post-meeting assessment to complete after one-on-one meetings. The assessment consists of four questions.
      2. Log in to Kairos and view the consolidated results the following week.
  2. Annual Cost of Meetings:
    View the cost of unproductive meetings for your company.
    1. Description: You can now see the annual cost of meetings in the Home dashboard. Annual costs are divided into productive and unproductive costs based on the "Good Use of Time" sentiment derived from Meeting Culture Evaluation.
    2. Instructions:
      1. Log in to Kairos and go to the Home dashboard. The annual cost of meetings can be viewed at the bottom of this dashboard.
  3. New page "Calendar Insights":
    View calendar metrics in a separate page "Calendar insights” and monitor key metrics only on the home dashboard.
    1. Description: You can see key metrics from calendar data in a separate dashboard "Calendar Insights".
    2. Instructions:
      1. Navigate to "Calendar Insights" page from the top navigation.
      2. View the following:
        1. Calendar data summary cards:
          1. Average Time in Meetings Per Person, Per Week
          2. Average Meeting Size
          3. Average Meeting Duration
        2. Meeting size during period
        3. Meeting duration during period
  4. New User Role "Contributor”:
    Contributors can now use the Kairos app without enrolling in the Kairos Learning Lab. Enable Kairos digital tools for your teams to enhance their meetings.
    1. Description: A "Contributor" role has been added to the MeetKairos user roles. Contributors (Kairos Essential users) have access to the Meeting Experience Dashboard. They can use Post Meeting Assessments and Outlook prompts, excluding 1:1 Post Meeting Assessments.
    2. User Instructions:
      1. Provide us with a CSV file that has a list of all users to be added to Kairos. In this CSV, you can specify user roles (Company Admin, Division Admin, Contributor, Participant). We will add users to Kairos with appropriate permissions based on the roles defined in your CSV file. Then, contributors can log into Kairos using their Microsoft credentials and use the Kairos tool options.

Enhancements

  1. Added information icon for widgets such as "Average Effectiveness" on the home dashboard to help users better understand title meanings. 
  2. Enhanced messages in the welcome email and Meeting Culture Evaluation invitation emails
  3. Enhanced charts and graphics in the Meeting Experience dashboard.
  4. Clearer labels in the Meeting Culture dashboard - Below / Company Average / Above
  5. Enhanced error handling.
  6. Other minor dashboard improvements.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed glitches in Post Meeting Assessments and Outlook prompts.
