Getting Started
After you submit a CSV file of your initial user group to us, we will send you an email with the URL to log into Kairos. You can then send the Meeting Culture Evaluation to the users.
Before Proceeding
First, we suggest communicating with your users about Kairos and the upcoming Meeting Culture Evaluation before sending out the survey.
Here is the suggested email template:
Hello, everyone.
You have been selected to participate in Kairos, a meeting management software solution designed to help improve meeting culture across organizations.
I am looking for your feedback, to ensure we get the most out of this program!
You will receive an invitation from Kairos to take our initial Meeting Culture Evaluation. We hope for high participation rates to get a comprehensive and reliable picture of our overall meeting culture, so please take the time and participate in the survey.
This survey is anonymous. We greatly appreciate your honest feedback to ensure we can make a difference.
We look forward to improving our meeting effectiveness with Kairos!

Instructions
Step 1
To send the Meeting Culture Evaluation, click the URL in the email to log into Kairos. Use your Microsoft credentials to access the Kairos app.
Step 2
Click "Get Started" on the welcome page.
Step 3
Confirm the participants for the Meeting Culture Evaluation. This should be the list of users you submitted. Click "Next".
Step 4
Choose the date to send the Meeting Culture Evaluation.
If you wish, preview the email by clicking "See the Email Preview". This will let you view the email message.
Upon clicking the "Take the Survey" button, you'll be able to see the survey questions.
Step 5
Click "Save and Finish". Kairos will then send the Meeting Culture Evaluation to your users.
A confirmation message will appear.
Step 6
After this, you will be directed to the home page. Once you receive a response, you can view the real-time results on the dashboard.
