      How to contact Support - Kairos AI

      This document shows how to contact support regarding Kairos AI.

      Kairos AI Chrome Extension.

      • Click on profile avatar (top right)
      • Then click on Submit a support request

      Kairos AI Outlook Add In

      • Click on the Hamburger menu (top left)
      • Then click on Submit a support request.
      Enter the required details, explain the issue you are facing and submit the ticket. 
      Our support team will receive the ticket and will keep in touch with you regarding your issue.


      Users can also use the following Support URL in order to submit the request. Please do not forget to mention the platform.
