How to Install Kairos AI for a multiple users

This article provides step-by-step instructions for installing the Kairos AI Outlook Add-In for a multiple users through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.


  1. Navigate to Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  2. Under Settings*, click on Integrated apps.
    * You may have to click "..." before Settings is a visible drop down option.
      
  3. Click on Get Apps

 

4.  Search for Kairos AI in top right search bar.


 

5. Click on Get Now.

6. After you will see a side panel pop up with following items in it.

7. Select Specific users/group. Type the users name to find them and add them.

8. After adding the user click on Next.

9. On the next step click on Accept permissions. Review and accept the.

10. Once accepted you should see Permissions accepted. Click on Next.

11. Review the finale items and click on Finish Deployment.

12. Once deployment is complete click on Done.

NOTE: It will take up to 24 hours for the App to show up in the specified user’s Outlook
