This article provides step-by-step instructions for installing the Kairos AI Outlook Add-In for a single user through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Navigate to Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Under Settings*, click on Integrated apps.
* You may have to click "..." before Settings is a visible drop down option.
- Click on Upload custom apps.
4. Select Office Add-In from the App type dropdown.
5. Select Provide link to manifest file, enter the manifest link below to Validate it, then click Next.

6. Choose the user you want to install the app for, as shown below, and click next.
7. Review and accept the Permission requested by Kairos AI and click next.
8. Review and click on Finish deployment.
9. Once deployment is completed successfully, click Done.
NOTE: It will take up to 24 hours for the App to show up in the specified user’s Outlook
